Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts—ensuring professional growth, quality deliverables, and a culture of curiosity.
  • Define and execute analytics strategies to support Elementor's strategy, drive product adoption, customer retention, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-departmental stakeholders to uncover trends and identify business opportunities from a holistic, company-wide perspective.
  • Look beyond the numbers to inform, influence, support, and execute Elementor’s business decisions
  • Champion the integration of AI-powered analytics tools, transforming how we generate insights and scale impact across teams.
Requirements

Leadership:

  • 2+ years of managerial experience leading data analytics teams
  • Proven business analytical expertise in the online B2C industry
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting analysis results clearly and effectively

Tech Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/ Business Analyst / Revenue Analyst in a SaaS company
  • High proficiency level of SQL - a MUST
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations with at least one of the following tools: Looker, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends
